Freddy & Leslie Real Estate Teamhas an excellent, long track record with us.They have the knowledge, skill, energy, dedication, contacts, and motivation, as they go above and beyond expectations to close the deal.In 2012 they helped us purchase an older home, then find contractors to fix it up. Then they helped us fix up our townhome and sell it.In 2020, they met the challenges of estate sales (coordinating agreement among 3 parties), of an income townhome and family home, which they staged beautifully.In 2023, they found us an agent in Nevada, who was also excellent, and helped us find and buy a home and move.Then Leslie and Freddy coordinated fixing up and staging the CA home, and got it sold, above asking price.Freddy and Leslie have earned our confidence again and again and we couldn’t be happier with their work. Leslie was amazing! After being out bid in 2020 on multiple properties, we stopped our home search. Leslie would check in on us periodically but we weren’t ready. Fast forward to November 2024, one phone call got us back in home search mode. We closed on our property on the last day of 2024. Leslie was patient, answered all our questions and is a good negotiator. She made the home buying process seamless. We are truly grateful for Leslie and her team. Thank you.
